Select the "exam only" option if you own or have access to the referenced book, which is necessary to successfully complete the continuing education exam. No. Exams are non-transferable and must be purchased by each user. Unauthorized exam submission is prohibited and will result in a voided certificate of completion and reported to the your professional board.

Use the reference publication to help you complete your exam. Submit your exam answers online for instant grading. After submitting your exam answers, you receive your score and answer key instantly. You also receive your certificate of completion via email (minimum score of 70%). If you do not earn the minimum score, resubmit your exam answers online. Unlimited and complimentary retakes. Where's my exam? Within moments of completing your online order, you will receive an automated email containing download instructions. You have five downloads (in Adobe pdf format)--no problem if you need more download opportunities--just let us know. Launch the URL on the cover page of the exam. 2. Scan QR code on the cover page of the exam. Select ‘open browser’. With either method, enter your email address (where your exam results and certificate of completion will be delivered). ​​​ A new window will open. Enter: 1. Your email address--where you would like to receive your statement of completion. 2. Create a password that allows you to save and resume your exam and locate your exam results and statement of completion.

We believe in second chances. Within 30 days of receipt of shipment, you may return the hard copy book or continuing education exam or unredeemed Kindle eBooks. You are no longer entitled to earn continuing education from refunded/returned exam(s). If you complete a refunded/returned exam online and receive an automated certificate, your certificate of completion will be deemed invalid and reported to your professional board. Awkward.
